With French-language month, the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra continues its Francophone offerings with two family concerts and Maurice Ravel’s “Mother Goose” Suite. Μeet up close with, and always through music, well-known fairy tale characters: there’s Sleeping Beauty and Little Tom Thumb, there’s Laideronette, the (not-so-pretty) Empress of the Pagodas, and there’s also Beauty and the Beast. And to wrap things up, a walk through the Fairy Garden, where Prince Charming also makes an appearance in order to wake up his beloved.
